Our charters come with an expert crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic refreshments. Included items can vary depending on the service — for instance, sunset cruises come with superior beverages and snacks, whereas corporate charters offer meeting amenities and professional catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure availability, we suggest reserving your yacht at least 2–3 weeks before your planned date, with the period from May–September being particularly busy. For corporate gatherings and private events, try to book 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and leave time for personalized arrangements.
What are the measures for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our main concern is your safety. If the captain deems the weather unsafe, we'll offer an alternative date or a complete refund. We stay updated with weather forecasts and will inform you 24 hours prior to your departure if the forecast predicts adverse conditions.
May I bring my own provisions?
Certainly, it's allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Nonetheless, we offer excellent catering service with custom menu options. Be aware that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.
Do you provide yachts suitable for people with mobility challenges?
We endeavour to serve all passengers. While some of our boats are more accessible than others, we invite you to reach out to us with your particular needs when booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary special arrangements.
What is the policy for cancellations?
For cancellations processed more than 72 hours prior to the sail date, a full refund is provided. Cancellations within a window of 24–72 hours will be refunded 50%. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, with exceptions for cancellations due to inclement weather or mechanical troubles on our end.
